How long does my job stay live?
Each job posting runs for 30 days. After publishing you can edit or close the job anytime from your dashboard.
Where will my job appear?
On TucsonHIRED's job board, emailed to matching candidates, indexed on Google so candidates find it in search, and shared with our local Facebook community. Higher plans also feature your listings and company profile.
What is the Import Jobs plan?
Our $149/month Import Jobs plan connects to wherever your openings already live — your company careers page or applicant tracking system (ATS) — and automatically imports them to TucsonHIRED, keeping them in sync. You never re-enter a job: post or close a role in your own system and it updates here on its own, usually within a few hours. It's built for employers hiring continuously across multiple roles.
Which websites and ATS platforms does auto-import work with?
Just about any place your jobs are posted publicly — your own careers website or an ATS such as Workday, Paylocity, and others. If your system isn't supported yet, we'll custom-build an importer for your specific ATS or website at no extra charge. Just contact us with a link to your careers page and we'll set it up for you.
Do imported jobs look different from jobs I post myself?
No — imported jobs appear exactly like hand-posted ones: the same listing pages, the same search results, your company profile, and they're added to Google for Jobs. Candidates apply on your own site or ATS. Imported jobs stay live as long as they're open in your system and drop off automatically once you fill or close them.
Is there a limit to how many jobs I can import?
No. The Import Jobs plan syncs unlimited open roles from your feed for one flat monthly price — there are no per-job fees or credits to manage. Whether you have 3 openings or 300, they all import and stay current automatically.
How do job seekers apply to my job?
By default, candidates apply right on TucsonHIRED — they click Apply and submit their resume with an optional cover letter. Prefer your own process? When you post a job you can add an Apply URL to send applicants straight to your company website or applicant tracking system instead.
How do I receive applications?
When applications come through TucsonHIRED, we email you the moment someone applies and save every application in your employer dashboard, where you can review applicants and update their status. If you add your own Apply URL, applicants go directly to your site instead.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. You can post a single job as a one-time payment — no subscription required. Our monthly plans are there when you're hiring more: Always Hiring ($49/mo) for a handful of roles, or Import Jobs ($149/mo) to automatically sync everything from your own careers site or ATS. Cancel anytime.
How soon does my job go live?
Right after checkout your job post is added instantly. Once you complete the job form, your posting publishes to the board right away — usually instantly.
